About Course

This class is designed for Basic 2 pupils to introduce them to essential mathematical concepts in the first term. Pupils will learn the basics of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, as well as an introduction to basic fractions and measurement. The class will also focus on place value, number patterns, and the identification and properties of various shapes. Through interactive lessons, practical exercises, and engaging activities, pupils will develop problem-solving skills and gain a deeper understanding of how mathematics applies to everyday life. MONEY
In this topic, Basic 2 pupils will learn the fundamental concepts of money, including recognizing and identifying different coins and notes, and understanding their values. Pupils will explore how to make simple transactions, such as buying items and giving change. They will also learn to count money by adding up different coins and notes and practice real-life situations involving money. This topic aims to build practical financial skills, helping pupils understand how money works in everyday life, while also laying the foundation for more advanced topics in financial literacy.
